We’re delighted to welcome two new members of staff to our team: Jacquie Pocklington as Office and Finance Manager, and Kieran Moore as Technical Manager.
Jacquie joins us from being a finance officer in a local school and, before that, working for a technical development company in Bath.
“For me, our Town Hall presents a new and a real challenge. It has so many functions: it’s a shop, a gallery, a meeting place, a workplace, a cinema, a café, a charity, and a live music venue all housed in a beautiful historic building. And most importantly it’s a friendly place.
“I like running, walking, cycling, reading, and gardening and am at my happiest when I am just mum, and the whole family are together all under one roof. I am looking forward to getting back my pre covid park run times and finishing a massive covid crochet project.”

Kieran has a background in live events across Wiltshire, stretching back to putting on gigs in 2004 before broadening into comedy and theatre.
“In 2014 I took a PR and Marketing job at a record distributor which saw me whisked away to the bright lights of the capital and weekly British Phonographic Industry meetings, who handle The Brits, The Mercury Award and international trade symposiums. In 2018 I finally made the jump to full-time technician at Chippenham’s Neeld Community & Arts Centre.
“In 2021, I find myself in my hometown, at the most exciting space in the county, and entirely focussed on making Trowbridge a vibrant and wonderful place to live.”
It’s great to have two such talented and committed members of staff joining us at an exciting time for the Town Hall. As Covid hopefully subsides, we’re seeing a rush of new activity in the building. Jacquie and Kieran will both play vital roles in helping the organisation realise its potential.
They’ll often be behind the scenes, but when you do see them, do stop to say hello.
