Illuminating The Overlooked at Trowbridge Museum

Our curator Jen Hamblin is herself a practicing artist living and working in Trowbridge. Currently she is presenting an exhibition of her work ILLUMINATING THE OVERLOOKED at the newly re opened Trowbridge Museum. This exhibition is a collaborative exhibition alongside artist Kati Saqui and architect Laurence Ingram.

The exhibition runs until the end of October.

The artwork is a celebration of Trowbridge and aims to shine a light on the often overlooked places and people of our wonderful town. It also asks questions of those of you who live, work, go to school and spend time here.

Jen, Kati and Laurence have looked back at Trowbridge’s industrial past, examined the present and imagined a bright future. You are invited to join them and tell your stories about your experiences of Trowbridge, both good and bad! You could help to build a picture of what the people think and be part of the conversation into Trowbridge’s future by telling us your vision for the town.
