Yoga for Pregnancy
Practicing Yoga during pregnancy can help to encourage a healthy, relaxed and positive pregnancy and birth, enhancing your experience of this special time. This gentle class is a place to relax, safely stretch, strengthen, align and mobilise the body – helping you towards a greater ease and comfort throughout your pregnancy. It creates a space for you to connect with your body and your baby, as well as with other mums-to-be.
The class is suitable for both experienced and those new to Yoga, and for all stages of pregnancy from 14 weeks. Please check with your G.P. or midwife before commencing practice.
Loose comfortable clothing should be worn and please do not eat a big meal for at least 2 hours before class.
Please bring your own mat and cushions.
