An hour long guided story meditation, composed by Sarah and revolving around earth based energy, the seasons and living with nature.
Cushions and blankets will be provided, but there’s a limited supply, so we encourage people to bring a yoga mat if possible.
The meditations provide a deep relaxing space for people to connect with the energy of the earth, these energies are all around us all of the time but in our busy everyday lives we often forget to notice them.  This class is an opportunity to re-connect with the energies, to relax and rejuvenate and become more mindful our everyday feelings and environment and how they interact.
