Come along to this introductory Gentle Years Yoga course starting this November. This is
a mainly chair-based yoga course for adults designed specifically for those in their gentle
years (60s plus).

There will also be a FREE taster session on Wednesday 20th October.

This slow paced course will introduce you to some basic yoga postures, breathing and
relaxation to promote balance, strength and flexibility for ease of daily living and wellbeing.
Some modifications will be given to suit the needs of the group and there will also be a few
pulse raisers to get you moving and feeling energised! By the end of this course you will
have the knowledge to do a few postures at home or to attend a regular class.
You will need to bring their own yoga mat. Some props will also be used during the course
and further details will be given in advance of each session.
Sessions will be held downstairs in The Old Court.
