Gentle Years Chair Yoga

7-week introductory course

Come along to this Gentle Years Chair Yoga Course designed for the over 60s. This course is
a continuation of the 4-week course and new participants are welcome to join.
You will learn some gentle chair-based yoga postures to help support muscle strength and
flexibility and to enhance mind-body coordination and balance. Classes will also include
some gentle flowing movement with the breath and some calming relaxation. Postures will
be taught in stages throughout the course and modified to suit the needs of the group.
Some props may be used during the class, many of which can be found around the home,
and you will need to bring your own yoga mat.

All participants will be asked to complete a course registration/ health form prior to joining.

A 4-week introductory course is also running from 27th April – 18th May. Cost £32.00
